  5. EarthData is a PD geographical database of the
  6. world. It creates a series of menus giving easy
  7. access to information about countries of the world. 
  8. Most countries have population, area, government,
  9. capital city and the largest ten cities with their
  10. populations.  EarthData also shows the flags of all
  11. the countries on the menus.

  14. How to use EarthData
  15. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  16. Double-click on the EarthData icon in a filer
  17. window. After the time shown below the rotating
  18. Earth icon will appear on the iconbar.

  29. Click select on the icon bar and the main menu will
  30. appear in the top-left corner of the screen.  To
  31. view any of the submenus move the pointer to the
  32. right and it will open. All of the information can
  33. be viewed in this way.  Nothing happens if you click
  34. on the menu.

  39. The Data is usually up to date to 1994 but the exact
  40. date is shown next to the population figures.  The
  41. sources used were:
